The present website has been written using Dreamweaver. Should we switch to an open-source web-site development software?
Design of membership page to facilitate on-line registration.
Better design for the template (top masthead/banner/logo and menus). Should we introduce a frame for the editable region?

Note for software development group: there could be a link for an optional emailed update of the EVENTS page or reminder to be sent. Not yet operational. Can there be an automatic write-on page for associations to insert their notices directly?
